Extension of Diabetic Care (EDC)
A. Activities
- Course material for the Certificate Course on Diabetology by face to face teaching has been finalized by its faculty.
- Teaching materials - The form of lecture, Tutorial, Practical/clinical, presentation/ investigation(s)/procedure(s), assignment and discussion appropriate lecture has been finalized.
- Set up at BIHS, Mirpur, Darus Salam, of Telemedicine system.
- Train’s for Telemedicine system in lecture and hands is finalized.
Trainer’s Training (TOT) for Course
A 20 (Twenty) member teaching faculty was selected from faculty for the course. A day long TOT was conducted on 25th Oct 2010 to orient them and to finalize the teaching material & academic calendar for the course.
B. Achievement
In the mean time Pilot Batch Program has been started on 23 January 2011.
