Distance Learning Project

Distance Learning Programme (DLP) is project of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh to run distance learning course with view to develop manpower in the field of diabetes through out the country. the course was introduced in collaboration with open university, UK in 2004. The duration of these courses in Six months (January-June & July-December session).

Locations of Regional Training Centers (RTC): Dhaka (total 25), Chittagoang (total 3), Sylhet (total 2), Rangpur (total 1), Rajshahi ( total1), Khulna ( total 1), Mymensingh ( total 1) and Faridpur ( total 1).
A total number of 47 doctors from different affiliated associations received training.

Accredited Physicians
BADAS has undertaken an initiative through DLP to train the General Practitioner (G.P) all over the country who in turn may join the network of  BADAS as its accredited physicians.
